SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All of our products are shipped using a secure and trackable shipping service. Free shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum order value for your region. No discount code is required—free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Please also note that deliveries to certain remote areas may incur an additional shipping surcharge. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Even if your order qualifies for free shipping, a remote area surcharge may still apply.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We aim to process all orders placed before 11:00 PM on the same business day. During busy periods, processing may take 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times are listed in the table below.
