Return Policy – Calderoy

Thank you for shopping with Calderoy.

We hope you are happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Exchanges or returns can be completed quickly and easily through our Returns Portal (CLICK HERE).

RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Please note that your package must be received by us within this 30-day return period. Simply registering your return online is not sufficient.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
All original tags and labels must remain attached to the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No direct exchanges: If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund or choose a store gift card with additional bonus credit.

REFUND OPTIONS

1. Store Gift Card (+15% Bonus Value!)

Choose a digital gift card and receive 15% extra value on your refund amount.

Once your return has been processed, your gift card will be sent to your email within 2–3 business days.

The gift card is valid for 12 months.

2. Refund to the Original Payment Method

After we receive your returned item(s), your return will be processed within 10 business days.

Once processed, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).
Perfumes or beauty products if the protective seal has been broken.
Items that have been used or damaged without being reported upon delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns without valid proof of shipment.
